WESTERN New Providence continues to hold the interest of new international and domestic residence, despite the uncertainty surrounding Baha Mar.

Gavin Christie, Managing Partner of CA Christie, says there has been an unwavering interest in hoe, townhouse and condominium sales in the northwestern corridor of the island. He attributes the demand to a number of corporate relocations taking place, with companies securing office and commercial space in the west, particularly Caves, Lyford Cay and Old Forte Town Centre.

“The demand is such that we have found I necessary to build our Sales and Rental inventory in communities like Caves point and Heights, Sandyport, Nautica and Balmoral”, said Mr. Christie.  “We are finding that our clients are looking for, and demanding high quality construction finishes, modern and up-to-date furnishings and applicances and community amenitites – swimming pools, children’s play areas, tennis courts, gyms and clubhouses, which are an added bonus.”

A most recent addition to the rental inventory of CA Christie is five new Bahamian Cottages (some with separate one bedroom living quarters attached) and three luxury townhouses in Balmoral. These homes are being offered fully furnished with full access to all the amenities of the Balmoral Club.
